Madrigal Dinners are a renaissance themed feast and festival performed for more than 1000 people in early December. All the plant choruses are eligible to participate in this event. Students are dressed as courtiers, peasants, shop girls, and porters with a Royal court and a King and Queen chosen from the Chamber singers. A full dinner is served to all patrons while they enjoy caroling, magic shows, stockade visits, and general gossiping and merriement by the revelers. After the feast is served, the audience enjoys a dinner show which is themed and changes every year. If the dinner shows are sold out, the chorus also performs a revel performance with a show, concert and dessert served. Look for Madrigal tickets and information early November.
